PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed 7 days a week & most orders will ship within 5-8 business days after your payment is authorized and verified this doesn’t include weekends or holidays. 

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S:

Economy - Delivery in 5 to 7 Business Days

Orders are shipped First Class Mail directly from our factory located in China. 

Please expect a processing time of 5-8 business days for all orders. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. 

We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can track your order via the Shipment Notification E-mail(s), Order Confirmation Page or the Shop App

Please note that you may receive more than one Shipment Notification E-mail if item(s) from your order are shipping separately.

If tracking information on the shipping carrier page for your order is not showing activity/movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service.
